2017: Co-founded Mojavie, a mobile solutions provider revolutionizing the event marketing industry. Under his leadership, the KUE martech platform was developed as an MVP, designed to boost engagement between event participants and sponsors. KUE is disrupting traditional sponsorship metrics by offering innovative measurement tools. In 2020, partnered with Zoom to enhance online networking and engagement, further solidifying KUE’s impact on the digital event space.
In 2004 Transitioned to the IBM Diversity Team, where he built strategic relationships with major organizations in the Asian, Black, Hispanic, and Native American communities. Leveraged market research and big data to identify opportunities, and in 2015, launched IBM’s largest initiative targeting minority-owned businesses. This program generated over $1 billion in sales across IBM Direct Sales, Business Partners, and E-business platforms.
Appointed Marketing Executive for the IBM North America Event Marketing Team. Developed the IBM Digital Literature Catalog system, enabling event attendees to request product literature as PDF files delivered via email. This innovation reduced time-to-market by 10 weeks and saved IBM $11 million.
Joined IBM in White Plains, NY in 1997, as part of the North America IBM Direct Marketing Program. He implemented innovative practices that improved sales efficiency and reduced production costs. By 1999, his program generated over $1 billion in sales revenue, setting multiple records for IBM.
